Meet the founder
“Mera naam Abdul Sattar.”
In 1990, Abdul Sattar opened a small kitchen in Nampally with a simple idea: cook Hyderabadi food the way it was always meant to be cooked — slowly, generously, and without shortcuts.
More than three decades later he is still at the kadai, stirring Talawa Gosht over a roaring flame and tasting every pot of Haleem before it leaves the kitchen.
Today Al Hamdulillah Hotel feeds Hyderabad from two branches — Nampally and Attapur — and late into the night.
Behind the counter
Real pots, real flames, real people — straight from our film and our kitchen.
